Conflicto de jurisdicciones remitido por el Juzgado Segundo Laboral del Circuito de Buenaventura (Valle del Cauca).

El precitado despacho envío a la Corte Constitucional un expediente contentivo de un asunto relacionado con una sustitución pensional de la una prestación económica reconocida por la UGPP a un trabajador oficial.

Luego de verificar el cumplimiento de los presupuestos para la configuración de un conflicto entre jurisdicciones, encontró la Sala Plena que en el presente asunto no se configuró ninguno, toda vez que no se satisfizo el presupuesto subjetivo.

Con base en lo anterior se remitió el expediente al Juzgado Segundo Laboral del Circuito de Buenaventura para que proceda con lo de su competencia y para que comunique la presente decisión a los interesados y al otro operador jurídico involucrado.

  3. Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Buenaventura para que proceda con lo de su competencia y para que comunique la presente decisión a los interesados y al Tribunal Administrativo del Valle del Cauca.
